- Natural conversationNo forms. Just talk.
- Honest answersIndicative pricing. No guesses.
- Your privacyYour conversation stays private.
Keira is Create Me’s AI agent, not a person. She gives indicative pricing, never a quote, and she’ll say so when she doesn’t know something.
The difference
Most agencies build what you describe. We work out what you meant.
A brief is a symptom. “We need a new website” usually means enquiries have dried up, or the business has changed and the site hasn’t. Building exactly what was asked for is how you end up with a beautiful website that doesn’t fix anything.

The problem
The brand
The commercial objective
The technology

The future requirement
What we do
Brand, build, grow.AI where it earns its place.
Most projects move through these in order. Plenty of clients only ever need one of them.
Brand
Work out what the business stands for, then make it look and sound like that everywhere.
- Branding
- Pitch Decks & Corporate Profiles
Build
Websites, custom platforms and apps — designed around what the thing has to achieve.
- Website Development
- Custom Websites & Web Applications
- Mobile App Development
Grow
Get the right people to it, and give them a reason to get in touch when they arrive.
- Digital Marketing
- AI-Powered Content
AI
Where it removes real, repeated work. Where it doesn't, we'll say so.
- AI Integration
The services in full
Eight things, done properly.
Most projects use two or three of these together. If you’re not sure which, that is exactly the conversation Keira is for.
- 01
Branding
Identity & positioning — We look smaller than we are.
- 02
Website Development
Sites that do a job — We get traffic but no enquiries.
- 03
Custom Websites & Web Applications
Software, not pages — Three people spend their week copying data between systems.
- 04
Mobile App Development
iOS & Android — Our customers ask for an app but we're not sure why.
- 05
AI Integration
Useful, not decorative — We answer the same five questions all day.
- 06
Digital Marketing
Visibility & enquiries — We spend on ads and don't know what we get back.
- 07
AI-Powered Content
Volume with judgement — The website is built and the content is holding up launch.
- 08
Pitch Decks & Corporate Profiles
Documents that win — Our deck has forty slides and no argument.
Artificial intelligence
We’re good at AI.We’re not an AI agency.
AI belongs in a project when it removes repeated work. When it doesn’t, it’s an expensive ornament — and we’ll tell you that before you spend anything. Keira, on this page, is the same architecture we build for clients.
Type one
AI added to a website you already have
The site stays as it is. AI sits alongside it — answering questions, qualifying enquiries, searching properly, handling documents — and connects to what’s already there.

- AI chatbot

Type two
AI built into a custom digital product
The product’s value depends on it — a copilot inside your platform, document intelligence, an agent that finishes a workflow. Designed into the architecture from day one, because retro-fitting it later costs considerably more.
- AI feature

Meet Keira
The digital front door. Not the relationship.
Keira makes the first conversation easier — at eleven at night, before you’re ready to phone anyone, when you’re still working out what you need. She hands over to a person the moment that’s more useful.
What she can do
- Explain what Create Me does, without the brochure language
- Work out which service your problem actually needs
- Give indicative pricing, and say when you're at the lower end of it
- Tell you when AI — or an app, or a custom build — isn't necessary
- Diagnose a project that's gone wrong elsewhere before anyone suggests a rebuild
- Take a name and a number and get a person to call you
What she won’t do
- Give you a binding quote — that comes after a conversation about scope
- Show you client work or results that haven't been approved for publication
- Make commercial commitments on Create Me's behalf
- Replace the conversation with the people who'd actually do the work
She’ll tell you she’s an AI agent if you ask, and she’ll say “I don’t know” rather than guess. Both are deliberate.
Why Create Me
You’re buying judgement,not just production.
Anyone can build the thing you describe. The value is in the conversation before that, and in still being here afterwards.
- Business understanding
- We ask what the business needs to happen before we ask what you want built. It changes the answer more often than people expect.
- Creative thinking
- Design that argues a point rather than decorating one. If it looks good but doesn't work, it hasn't worked.
- Technical capability
- Custom builds, integrations, platforms and AI — done properly, in code you own and someone else could maintain.
- Personal service
- You deal with the people doing the work. No account layer relaying messages to a team you never meet.
- Long-term support
- Launch isn't the end of the job. Most of our clients are still in touch years later, because businesses keep changing.
If it’s gone wrong elsewhere
If someone has let you down, start with a diagnosis, not a rebuild.
Developers disappear. Agencies overpromise. Freelancers move on. It happens often enough that it's a normal conversation here — and the first instinct shouldn't be to throw everything away.
Ask Keira about it. She’ll work through the diagnosis with you rather than quoting you for a rebuild you might not need.
What we establish first
- 01
What exists today?
Sometimes more is salvageable than it feels like.
- 02
What works?
Keep what earns its keep.
- 03
What doesn't?
Separate the broken from the merely disliked.
- 04
Who owns it?
Domain, code, hosting, accounts, content.
- 05
What was it built with?
Determines whether anyone else can maintain it.
- 06
Do you have access?
This is the one that catches people out.
- 07
Any existing agreements?
Contracts, retainers and notice periods still apply.
- 08
What outcome do you actually need?
The answer is often smaller than a rebuild.
How a project runs
Six stages. No mystery.
The second stage is the one most suppliers skip. It’s also the one that decides whether the other five go well.
- 01
Enquiry
Through the website, Keira, WhatsApp, email, social or a phone call. Whatever's easiest for you.
- 02
Conversation
A real conversation to understand the person and the business, not a form. This is the part most agencies skip.
- 03
Quote
Scope, deliverables, timeframe and investment — written down so there's nothing to argue about later.
- 04
Agreement
Contract, invoice and payment. Websites 50% advance; apps 30% advance. The rest is structured around the project.
- 05
Project
Strategy, design, development, testing, launch — with you seeing it as it happens rather than at the end.
- 06
Support
Ongoing help, maintenance and improvements as agreed. Most clients stay in touch because things keep changing.
Websites: 50% advance is standard. The remaining structure can be customised.
Apps: 30% advance. The remaining structure is customised.
All figures are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT.
On price
“We are not the cheapest, but we will make sure we're worth your while.”
If you ask us to do it cheaper, we won’t reflexively drop the number — that usually means quietly dropping something you needed. We’ll go through the scope with you and tell you honestly what could come out, and what shouldn’t.
- Support
- Guidance
- Hand-holding through decisions
- Business understanding
- Technical expertise
- Creative thinking
- Ongoing availability
Who we work with
Startups, SMEs, Established businesses, Founders, Corporate companies, Enterprise organisations. Industry isn’t the qualifier — these are.
- A genuine requirement
- Something real needs to happen, not just an idea being explored.
- Budget
- Not necessarily a large one — but a real one, and roughly in the right place.
- Decision authority
- Someone in the conversation can actually say yes.
- Serious intent
- A timeframe, a reason, and a decision to make.
- Professional expectations
- Work is scoped, agreed, invoiced and delivered properly on both sides.
- Relationship fit
- We work closely with clients. That only works when both sides want it to.
Questions
The ones peopleactually ask first.
Keira can go deeper on any of these — including the awkward ones about price.
Where is Create Me based?
Dubai. Most of our work is in Dubai and the UAE, we work across the GCC, and we take international projects where the fit is right.
How do you charge?
Projects are quoted on scope. Websites are 50% in advance with the rest structured around the build; apps are 30% in advance. Retained work like marketing is monthly. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
Are your published prices fixed?
No — they're indicative ranges so you can plan. A real number comes after a conversation about what you actually need.
Can you work with our existing developer or agency?
Often, yes. Plenty of projects are one part of a bigger picture and we don't need to own all of it.
What if we already have a half-built project?
Common, and workable. We'd look at what exists, who owns it, and what's salvageable before recommending anything.
Do you do AI for everything?
No. AI is one of the things we do well and it's genuinely useful in some places and pointless in others. If a well-built website solves your problem, that's what we'll say.
How quickly can you start?
Depends on what's in the studio. It's a fair question to ask on the call — we'll give you a real date rather than a comfortable one.
Next step
Talk to a person. It’s faster than typing.
We'd rather talk to you than trade emails. Ten minutes on the phone usually settles what three days of messages can't.
The flow
Keira → Phone conversation → Quote → Contract + invoice → Payment → Project
No forms
A name and a number is enough to start. Everything else comes out in the conversation.
Where we work
Dubai first, then the UAE and the GCC. International projects where the fit is right.
