Talk. Understand. Then build.
No discovery workshops you pay for before anyone knows whether there's a project. No proposal deck instead of a price. A conversation, a written scope, a number — and then the work, in stages you can see.

- Natural conversationNo forms. Just talk.
- Honest answersIndicative pricing. No guesses.

Keira is Create Me’s AI agent, not a person. She gives indicative pricing, never a quote, and she’ll say so when she doesn’t know something.

What actually happens.
Stage two is the one most suppliers skip. It’s also the one that decides whether the other five go well.
- 01
Enquiry
Through the website, Keira, WhatsApp, email, social or a phone call. Whatever's easiest for you.
- 02
Conversation
A real conversation to understand the person and the business, not a form. This is the part most agencies skip.
- 03
Quote
Scope, deliverables, timeframe and investment — written down so there's nothing to argue about later.
- 04
Agreement
Contract, invoice and payment. Websites 50% advance; apps 30% advance. The rest is structured around the project.
Websites: 50% advance is standard. The remaining structure can be customised. Apps: 30% advance. The remaining structure is customised. All figures are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT.
- 05
Project
Strategy, design, development, testing, launch — with you seeing it as it happens rather than at the end.
Strategy
Structure, content plan and the decisions that shape everything after.
Design
Key templates designed properly; the rest built from the system.
Development
Front end, CMS, integrations, forms and tracking.
Testing
Devices, browsers, speed, accessibility, redirects.
Launch
Go-live, search console, and someone watching it for the first week.
- 06
Support
Ongoing help, maintenance and improvements as agreed. Most clients stay in touch because things keep changing.
Your half of it
Four things from you. They decide the timeline.
Projects rarely slow down because the work is difficult. They slow down waiting for a decision, a password, or a paragraph of copy. None of this is onerous — it’s just worth knowing before we start rather than discovering in week four.
- Someone who can decide
- One person who can say yes. Projects don't slow down because the work is hard; they slow down waiting for a decision nobody is empowered to make.
- Honesty about the budget
- Not a number to haggle from — a real one. It lets us design the right scope rather than a hopeful one we both have to cut later.
- Content, or a decision about content
- Copy, images, logins, product data. This is the single most common reason a project sits still. If you'd rather we handled it, say so at the start and we'll price it in.
- Feedback in one pass
- Collected, consolidated and sent once per stage. Six people sending contradictory notes over two weeks costs more than any change they asked for.
Timeframes
How long it usually takes.
Typical, not guaranteed. The variable is almost never our build time — it’s how quickly feedback and content come back.
- Branding
- 4–8 weeks
- Website Development
- 4–10 weeks for most business sites. Larger builds are longer and staged.
- Custom Websites & Web Applications
- 10–24 weeks for a first release, depending on scope. Staged from there.
- Mobile App Development
- 12–24 weeks for a first release, depending on scope and platforms.
- AI Integration
- 2–4 weeks for a focused feature. 8–16 weeks for AI designed into a product.
- Digital Marketing
- Paid channels produce data in weeks. SEO is a 3–6 month horizon, minimum.
- AI-Powered Content
- A full website's copy in 1–3 weeks. Ongoing programmes run monthly.
- Pitch Decks & Corporate Profiles
- 1–3 weeks for most decks and profiles. Tenders follow the submission deadline.
On quoting
Published ranges are for planning.
Every figure on this site is indicative and excludes 5% VAT. A real number comes after a conversation about scope — not because we’re being cagey, but because a number given before anyone understands the job is one we’d have to walk back.
If it’s gone wrong elsewhere
Developers disappear. Agencies overpromise. Freelancers move on. It happens often enough that it's a normal conversation here — and the first instinct shouldn't be to throw everything away.
Never automatically recommend a rebuild. Diagnose first, then recommend the appropriate action — which is sometimes a fix, a partial rebuild, a handover, or simply getting access back.
What we establish firstNext step
Talk to a person. It’s faster than typing.
We'd rather talk to you than trade emails. Ten minutes on the phone usually settles what three days of messages can't.
The flow
Keira → Phone conversation → Quote → Contract + invoice → Payment → Project
No forms
A name and a number is enough to start. Everything else comes out in the conversation.
Where we work
Dubai first, then the UAE and the GCC. International projects where the fit is right.
